I was very impressed by JMD training, they specifically selected one of their specialist facilitators to run the session which then made it possible for us to discuss my requirements and tailor the course to suit my particular needs.
Tina was very approachable and could answer all my questions. She made the course feel very laid back, but we covered everything in great detail. I feel confident that I can produce a decent presentation. I thought the training was very clear and concise and at a good pace. There was lots of support, encouragement and patience shown from the trainer. I have learnt a lot more than expected and have gained useful knowledge which will help me in my role in the future.
