Our Project Management training courses
The first outline is a one-day course and goes through the project life-cycle and the role of the manager within it.
The second outline is for a two day course and is more wide-ranging as it also covers Managing Teams and gives time to work on a project plan within a team environment.
However, you can take components of either course or add your own requirements to ensure the needs of your project managers are fully met.
